  1. Class Schedules

    1. Monday to Thursday: 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm, 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm, and 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm.

    2. Fridays, Saturdays & School Holidays: 9:30 am – 11:00 am, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm, and 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm.

  2. Slot Selection

    1. Students applying for admission may select their preferred time slot. Allocation will be confirmed subject to seat availability.

  3. Batch Strength

    1. Each batch will be limited to a maximum of 10 students to ensure personalized attention.

  4. Dedicated Faculty for Higher Grades

    1. Teachers dedicated to Grades 9 to 12 will focus exclusively on these grades and will not be assigned to other levels.

  5. Admission Process

    1. Admissions will be granted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a batch reaches full capacity, it will be closed for further enrollment.

  6. Commencement of Classes for Board Exam Students

    1. Classes for students appearing for their board exams (Grades 10 and 12) in the following year will commence in March.

  7. Parent Engagement

    1. Parents can conveniently track their child’s progress through the official mobile app.

  8. Appointments for Meetings

    1. Meetings with teachers or the Principal will be accommodated only with a prior appointment to ensure proper scheduling and attention.

  9. Fee Payment

    1. Fees must be paid in advance: initially upon joining, and thereafter by the 10th of every month.

    2. No fee adjustments will be made for absences except during official vacations or if pre-approved by the Principal.

  10. Conduct and Discipline

    1. Students are expected to follow the instructions of teachers and the Principal. Instances of misconduct will be addressed through appropriate disciplinary and corrective measures.

  11. Attendance and Timeliness

    1. Students are required to adhere to their scheduled class timings. The institute will not compensate for missed lessons due to a student’s absence.

 

Terms & Conditions – Pay-by-Link Service

The Key of Success Study Center (“Institution”) offers Pay-by-Link services for fee collection. By using this service, you agree to the following:

  1. Payment Terms

    1. Payments must be made in AED via the secure link shared.

    2. Due dates must be strictly followed to avoid late penalties.

  2. Security & Validity

    1. Links are unique to each transaction; do not share them.

    2. The Institution is not responsible for unauthorized payments through fraudulent links.

  3. Refunds & Cancellations

    1. Tuition/Coaching/Training and service fees are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or overpayment or approval from principal.

    2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days, less applicable bank charges.

  4. Transaction Failures

    1. Failed or declined payments remain the payer’s responsibility. Retry or contact your bank if issues arise.

  5. Data Protection

    1. Payments are processed through secure gateways compliant with UAE laws.

    2. We do not store sensitive payment details.

  6. Late Payments

    1. Late payments may lead to suspension of services, late fees, or withholding of academic records.

  7. Liability

    1. We are not liable for technical failures, unauthorized access due to negligence, or third-party gateway downtime.

  8. Amendments

    1. We reserve the right to amend these terms, with updated versions available on our website.

  9. Governing Law

    1. These Terms are governed by UAE law under Sharjah courts’ jurisdiction.
